A favorite book that I read when I was a child was Poppy, by Avi. My mother loved the series because she loves all things outdoors and instilled a love of nature in my brother and I. Since I had a little time today, I began an illustration as practice. Here it is in progress, and I hope that it comes out well!
The picture was taken on my phone, so it’s not of great quality, but it does the trick for now 🙂
